indeed the bunker on the tender was made to allow easier shoveling on the angle of the climb and oh nteresting fact the wheels are non fuctional they are not powered they merely keep the engine on the tracks ^^
massive cog gears between the wheels the pistons drive them instead of the wheels and it pulls itself up the mountain much easier than slipping and sliding all the way up
